Choose from 3 Attractive Finishes
Can the bezel of your recessed downlight affect the overall visuals of your room? Of course! The bezel is the only visible part of a recessed downlight, and if that does not match your aesthetics, then it will stick out like a sore thumb! Fortunately, with our Recessed GU10 Spotlight, your search for the perfect bezel will not be a challenge since it comes in a choice of three attractive finishes.
You can get it in brushed chrome/nickel, polished chrome, or white which are the best colours to match a traditional, minimalist, modern, and mid-century layout! Now, you don’t need to review one technical specification after another whenever you feel that the bezel’s colour will not match your interior design.
Our Recessed GU10 Spotlight is designed with an 80mm diameter bezel and a 110 height (mostly recessed). It’s neither too small nor too big that you would think that there’s something wrong with your lights.
In addition, it requires a 60-65mm cut-out hole which is crucial for installation. Make sure that the person mounting your lights know these measurements, especially the cut-out hole and height, since if the cut-out-hole is too big, your downlight will fall out, and if it’s too small, it won’t fit. Also, if you happen to have any obstruction above your ceiling and the height of the fixture is too long, then your downlights will not be recessed but protrude!
Dimmable (When used with dimmable bulbs)
One of the best features of this Recessed GU10 Spotlight is that it’s dimmable when fitted with a dimmable GU10 bulb! So, what’s great with having a dimmable light fixture?
There are two main advantages: higher energy efficiency and dynamic lighting. Higher energy efficiency because you can control the brightness level of your lights, meaning if you don’t need it to be so bright, you can dim it, lowering your energy consumption. As for dynamic lighting, you can use it for task lighting and ambient lighting. If you are busy cleaning, you can turn the brightness up for sufficient illumination. Alternatively, if you want to relax, turn the brightness down to create a cosy ambience!
2 Year Warranty
High-quality lighting products are made to last for a long time, and that’s what our Recessed GU10 Spotlight is! It’s made from top-class materials that will not easily rust or tarnish. You can trust that the investment you made when buying these fittings is worth it and not something you will regret.
Although these downlights are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when delivered to you, we understand that you might be wary that your lights may malfunction suddenly. So, to squash all your inhibitions, we are offering a stress-free and hassle-free 2-year warranty! With this, you can have peace of mind and use your downlight lights to the fullest.
Choice of 3 LED Colours
Not having options can be disappointing, especially if you want to make the best lighting plan to give each room a distinct personality. If you only have bright white lights throughout your space, then it would feel like you’re living in an office rather than a cosy and relaxing home!
Thankfully, with this Recessed GU10 Spotlight, you’ll have the option to add a bulb in the colour of your choice: warm white light, cool white light, or natural white light. Warm white light is ideal in areas where you relax, like the living room and the bedroom. On the other hand, natural and cool white light is suitable for areas that need bright task lighting like the kitchen, home office, and bathroom.
Mains Powered GU10 - No Transformers Needed
When it comes to installation, you can usually either expect an effortless and straightforward procedure or a complicated and exhausting process. As for our Recessed GU10 Spotlight, it falls under the simple category since it’s mains powered! This fitting does not require any transformer or driver to work. All you need to do is cut the cut-out-hole, wire it directly to the mains circuit and add a dimmable GU10 bulb!
Just a reminder, it’s always better to call for a professional to do the installation, even if you have some experience, it’s still best if you leave it to your electrician to be sure that your LED downlights are safely installed into your ceiling!
