1) How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All products should have an indication of delivery time on them. If you need an exact delivery time please contact us by phone or email. We will be more than happy to check for you.
2) Can I return a product if it is not suitable?
Yes. We operate a 30 day no quibble return policy excluding LED Tape which is cut to measure.
3) Do you offer trade prices or wholesale prices?
We offer both prices. However, please bear in mind, most products online are already priced below trade price.
4) Do the products you supply come with any sort of warranty?
The warranty offered on our products is always 1 year unless we state otherwise on the product description. Many products have warranties of upto 5 years long.
5) Can I collect my order?
Yes, you are welcome to collect any order from Unit 18, Appin Road, Birkenhead, CH41 9HH. Although you may want to call ahead for us to check that the items are in stock.
