FAQs – Company Questions
Listed here are the most common questions we get asked about our services. If this page does not answer your question or you wish to discuss things further please feel free to contact us by email or by calling 0333 443 2465.
1) How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All products should have an indication of delivery time on them. If you need an exact delivery time please contact us by phone or email. We will be more than happy to check for you.
2) Can I return a product if it is not suitable?
Yes. We operate a 30 day return policy. Within 14 days you will receive a full refund. Outside of 14 days your refund will be subject to a 17.5% restocking fee. (Except all LED Tape and Neon flex)
3) Do you offer trade prices or wholesale prices?
We offer both prices. However, please bear in mind, most products online are already priced below trade price.
4) Do the products you supply come with any sort of warranty?
Yes, all products carry at least a 1 year warranty. Some products even carry a 25 year warranty.
5) Can I collect my order?
Yes, you are welcome to collect any order from Unit 18, Appin Road, Birkenhead, CH41 9HH. Although you may want to call ahead for us to check that the items are in stock.
6) How will you deliver my order?
We value our customers and we understand that our customers cannot be expected to wait in all day to receive their order.
For that reason, we dispatch all of our orders using our couriers DPD or Royal Mail.
In most cases, when a customer is not in mainland UK there will be no additional shipping cost. However, occasionally if you order either a very large or heavy item or extremely fragile item then we may contact you to advise we can only use a courier. This may incur an extra charge, but will be determined on a case by case basis and you will always be contacted prior to a change in the shipping.
We always hold a very good stock of our entire product range. Our best selling products are available on next day delivery at no extra cost, other items will be delivered anything from 1-7 days. Every item on our website will advise you how long delivery will be. Product availability will be displayed on the product page.
The cut off time for next day delivery is 3pm. However if your order is urgent please give us a call or email and we will try to accommodate a quicker delivery for you.
We always deliver complete orders so if you order an item which is on next day delivery and an item which is on 1-7 days delivery the full order will be delivered to the latter’s shipping timescales, not in parts unless you request this from us.
For your peace of mind, your order will be fully insured in transit in the very unlikely event of any damage.
A tracking number will be emailed or text (if you put down your mobile number upon checkout) to you when your order is dispatched so you can check the status of delivery 24 hours a day at www.dpd.com
If your product is sent via Royal mail, we will also advise you by email and advise you of any tracking numbers which are applicable.
