Additionally, an LED profile makes the entire installation look more polished and finished!
When it comes to the controllers, because this tape light is compatible with several of them, you get to pick how to operate your lights. You can use a standard wall controller, a handy remote control or a techy smart home controller that enables you to link the tape lights with Alexa or Google Home!
24v DC - Needs an LED Driver
Since this is a 24v DC LED tape light, you’ll need an LED driver to make it work. Can you use it with any LED driver? How will you know if the driver and tape light is compatible?
You cannot use just any LED driver with the tape lights. It needs to complement the total wattage you’ll connect to the device. If you get the wrong LED driver, there’s a chance that the tape light will not run, or you may overload the driver and ruin the tape light. So, to determine which LED driver you have to use, just add the number of metres you’re linking to the driver and find the driver that’s close to that number. Always round up to the nearest available LED driver, and don’t round down!
