Six-Panel Lantern Design for All-Around Light

Thinking of illuminating your sheltered outdoor areas? You have two choices: simply mount a light bulb and not care for how inadequate it looks, or you can do it with style and install this six-panel wall light.

This outdoor wall light offers the same balanced illumination from every side, but with an added stylistic symmetry to your walls. The clear glass panels, along with the frame, are there for the looks, giving the fixture its timeless, traditional charm, while offering crisp, unfiltered lighting.

The see-through glass panels are also perfect for showcasing the light bulb used with the light fixture. Styles will differ depending on the bulb, so making them visible only adds to the charm of the wall light.

PIR Sensor with 120° Detection & 8m Range

How to add a modern element to an otherwise “traditional” lighting fixture? Integrate a passive infrared (PIR) sensor to it. This built-in motion sensor detects movement across a 120-degree arc in front of the light and up to eight metres in distance from it.

But why add a motion detection sensor to your light? This wall light is ideal for locations such as doorways, porches, and patios—places where people often walk by. Having automatic lights helps enhance visibility and safety in these spaces.

And lights that only activate when needed mean that you get to save on energy costs, since you won’t need to run them constantly throughout the night. Plus, this kind of light enhances security. An automatic fitting that turns on right when a person is within detection range? The perfect burglar deterrent.

Standard E27 Lampholder – Bulb Not Included

The wall light has a built-in standard E27 lamp holder (it’s that circular/cylindrical thing you see in the middle). This means that you can insert any bulbs you like, given that it is an E27 light bulb (it’s the bulb with the screw-like base, very common throughout the world).

What does this imply, then? Well, how about that the type, colour, wattage (up to 60W only) of the bulb all depend on the one you choose? That’s right. Looking for a relaxing, inviting glow? Get a warm bulb. Want brightness over everything else? Get a bulb with high lumen output. The only limit you have is the E27 base. Other than that, you’re free to use any bulb you want.

NOTE: The light bulb is not supplied with the wall light.

IP43 Splash Protection for Sheltered Outdoor Use

Please note: This wall light is not intended for outdoor installation in an open area. This is more of a “sheltered outdoor” kind of fixture. It has been given an IP43 rating for ingress protection. This means that it has a relatively high level of protection against solid ingress (such as dust and dirt), but a low level of protection against liquid ingress (rain and moisture).

But the wall light is still protected from water spray and light exposure, which is all it needs for a long-lasting performance. Again, no installing out in the open! This wall light is best-suited for porches, entryways, patios, semi-exposed outdoor walls, and covered walkways.

Durable Aluminium Build with Clear Glass Panels

If you want a long-lasting lighting performance, then you need a light fixture that’s also made to be long-lasting. This wall light is constructed with a durable aluminium frame that’s resistant to corrosion, meaning you can have it installed outdoors for a long time without compromising its beauty. Aluminium is also a material known not to rust or tarnish quickly, so you can rest assured that this light will be with you for years before needing to be replaced.

And the glass panels? They deliver clarity and help spread light outward, illuminating everything around the wall light. This makes it beautiful and functional.

Together, these two provide high-quality, long-lasting performance as an outdoor light is expected to do.

Mains-Powered 220-240V for Easy Installation

Good news: There’s no need to worry about special transformers, LED drivers, and power supplies when you install this wall light. It operates on 220-240V mains power, which means that the installation is quick and easy. All you have to do is connect the light fixture to the mains circuit, and you’re good to go! There’s no need for complicated wiring, special tools, and equipment.

If you know how to install a standard household light, this won’t be any different. If you’re unsure, it’s best to hire a professional, certified electrician to assist with the installation. You’ll be working with electricity, after all. You also want the wall light to be installed properly to function correctly and ensure the safety of everyone who will be around it.
