Well, simply multiply the length you need by the rated wattage, add a 20% safety margin, and then round up to the nearest maximum load of the LED driver.

If you’re getting two metres, you’ll add another 6W to the count, making the total wattage 12W. If you’re getting three metres, then it will be 18W. And so on.
