The only difference between the two is cool white has a crisp bluish shade, while natural white has no hints of blue or yellow. Alternatively, warm white light is perfect for ambient lighting because its yellowish tone can create a relaxing atmosphere!

Since this is an insulation-coverable LED downlight, you can safely set loose loft insulation over its rear! Although, there’s a warning. You are only allowed to put insulation if you pair this downlight with a GU10 LED lamp with a maximum power of 7w. Other downlight models will not let you place insulation over the fitting. But insulation aids in releasing heat from your home, decreasing the warmth trapped in the room and lowering power consumption!
