LIGHT THAT FITS YOUR ROUTINE

Open. Wave. Touch.

A sensor plugs into its own port on the driver and controls every light connected to it.

Furniture lighting you can fit yourself

Lighteez brings cabinet lights, prepared LED strip and illuminated aluminium profiles into one 24V plug-and-play system. Choose the light for the furniture, connect its lead to a compatible driver and add an optional control. You do not need to strip wires or solder the light-to-driver connections.

DIY cupboard, shelf and wardrobe lighting

Give an existing cupboard or bookcase a useful light, or plan lighting into furniture you are building yourself. Order strip in the lengths you need with a fitted 2m lead on each separate piece. Choose a surface profile when you want a rigid illuminated fitting without routing a recess.

For a plug-in installation using an existing suitable socket, the lighting connections are a DIY job: there is no fixed wiring to alter. New sockets or changes to the fixed electrical installation need an electrician. Plan the socket, driver position and cable routes before fitting the furniture.

Joinery lighting for cabinet makers and furniture builders

Build light into bespoke kitchens, fitted wardrobes and display cabinets using the same connection system across the project. Choose recessed, corner, surface or glass-shelf profiles to suit the joinery. LEDs, brackets and a matching 2m cable are included with each 2m profile; after cutting, both pieces remain usable. Add an extra matching cable to power the second piece separately.

Lighting for exhibition display furniture

Light a display shelf, product cabinet or counter built into an exhibition stand. Prepared leads and push-fit profile connections help you plan each furniture section before assembly. Position the drivers and cables as part of the display design, and check the venue’s requirements for the stand’s power supply.

One plan for the lights, drivers and controls

The kit builder helps you choose lights, review suitable driver groups and add optional controls and extension cables. Larger projects can use more than one driver. A sensor on a driver operates that group together, so plan separate groups where different areas need independent control.

A LITTLE PLANNING GOES A LONG WAY

Before you
plug it together.

Measure your runs, plan a place for the driver and check that each cable can reach it.

Do I need an electrician to connect Lighteez?

For a plug-in setup using an existing suitable socket, you can fit the lights and connect the low-voltage leads yourself. There is no wire stripping or soldering at the plug-in connections. Use an electrician if you need a new socket or changes to the fixed electrical installation.

Can different types of light share one driver?

Yes. Lighteez cabinet lights, strips and illuminated profiles can share a compatible driver. Check the total wattage and number of light outputs. Each output supports up to 3A, equivalent to 72W at 24V, subject to the driver’s overall rated capacity.

What comes with the LED strip and illuminated profiles?

Each separately ordered strip length includes a fitted 2m Dupont lead, whether ordered by the metre or cut to size. Each 2m illuminated profile includes its LEDs, brackets and a matching 2m input cable. Drivers and optional controls are sold separately.

Can I use both pieces after cutting a profile?

Yes. Cut the illuminated profile with a hacksaw or suitable machine saw and use its push-fit connections. Both pieces remain usable. Add an extra matching input cable if the second section needs its own connection to the driver.

Do I have to leave 20% spare driver capacity?

No. Loading to around 80% is a good-practice recommendation, not a requirement. You can use the rated total capacity while respecting the individual output and run limits. The kit builder can also plan a project across more than one driver.

Can I control different areas separately?

A sensor plugged into a driver controls the compatible lights on that driver together. Choose separate driver groups for independently controlled areas. Optional recessed-profile sensor cables provide local control while the driver remains powered.
