Input cable or extension cable?

A matching input cable connects an illuminated profile to the driver. Each profile already includes one 2m cable. An extra matching cable is useful when you cut a profile and want to power the second section separately.

A Dupont extension adds 2m of reach to an existing compatible light lead. It does not provide an extra driver output and does not replace the profile's matching input connection.

Match accessories to the profile code

Choose the input cable for your glass, corner, recessed or surface illuminated profile. Product titles and codes identify the intended profile. The surface range also has an in-line connector and a joining cable; check the individual product before deciding how to join your sections.

Sensor input cables for the recessed profile are specific accessories. For a control that operates all the lights on a driver, use the separate driver sensors and controls range.

Plan the cable route before ordering

Measure the route from the light to an accessible driver position, allowing for furniture panels and corners. Prepared Lighteez strip includes a fitted 2m lead per separate piece, profiles include a matching 2m cable, and cabinet lights include their fitted lead.
