Your ordered pieces arrive with a fitted 2m Dupont lead each, ready to plug into a compatible Lighteez furniture driver. That makes it a practical option for DIY cabinet lighting and joinery where you want the connections prepared for you.

A smooth line of light in your furniture

COB LEDs create a continuous, dotless appearance along the tape. This IP20 strip uses 8W per metre and provides up to 800 lumens per metre. Measure the space available for its 8mm width before choosing a mounting position. 4000K natural white gives a neutral appearance when you want to see the contents of a cupboard or display clearly.

Order the lengths your project needs

Choose Buy by the metre for a continuous whole-metre length, or use Cut to my exact size for separate measured pieces. This strip uses 50mm cutting increments and permits up to 9m per powered piece in the Lighteez system. Check the cut length shown by the calculator before ordering.

Every separate by-the-metre length or exact-size piece includes its fitted 2m Dupont lead in the displayed strip price. There is no driver-connection soldering for you to do. A driver and optional controls are sold separately.

Made for dry indoor furniture

This IP20 strip is intended for dry indoor locations. Use it inside a wardrobe, beneath a shelf or within a cabinet, with the driver accessible and the cable route planned before fitting. It is not a waterproof strip.

Choose the driver and control for your layout

Multiply each piece’s length by 8W/m, then add the loads of all lights sharing the driver. Each separately powered piece needs one light output. A Lighteez output is limited to 3A, equivalent to 72W at 24V; the driver’s total rated capacity also applies. Use the Lighteez kit builder to allocate your pieces across one or more furniture drivers. Keeping around 20% spare driver capacity is recommended, but optional.

Combine this strip with compatible cabinet lights or illuminated profiles. An optional Lighteez driver sensor or PWM dimmer controls the group on that driver. Use a 2m Dupont extension if the fitted lead needs extra reach. Do not connect this 24V strip directly to mains power or use a mains wall dimmer.

Prepared lengths help a DIY customer finish a cupboard and help a cabinet maker repeat the same connection method across a furniture project. For exhibition work, use the strip to illuminate shelves, counters or display furniture, with a separately planned power supply for the stand.
