Add a warm line of light to your furniture with this 2m Lighteez surface LED profile. The LEDs are already fitted inside the aluminium profile, and the pack includes mounting brackets and a matching 2m input cable. Cut it to suit the joinery, push the connections together and connect it to a suitable Lighteez driver, sold separately.

Add light to existing cabinets and shelving

Mount this profile onto the furniture surface using its brackets. It suits cupboard undersides, shelves and display units where you do not want to rout a recess. Fixings and cable-routing holes may still be needed for your installation.

Cut to length without soldering

Use a hacksaw or suitable machine saw to cut the profile to the length your furniture needs. Its electrical connections are push-fit: you do not need to solder a new connection onto the cut section. Follow the fitting instructions and cut with the power disconnected.

Both pieces can still be used after cutting. If you cut a 2m profile into two 1m sections, the supplied cable powers one section; add another matching input cable to power the second separately. The profile already includes its brackets, so the extra cable is the additional part needed for that connection.

Warm white light with the LEDs already installed

The profile produces 3000K warm white light. Its rated consumption is 10W per metre, or 20W for the complete 2m length, with a listed output of 450 lumens per metre. The anthracite finish provides a dark edge around the illuminated section.

Size the driver for your complete project

One uncut 2m profile is a 20W load, so the 15W driver is too small. A 36W Lighteez driver can power that profile. For several fittings, add their wattages and count the separately powered connections. Use the Lighteez kit builder to combine profiles with cabinet lights and prepared LED strip, including multiple drivers when needed.

You may use up to the driver’s rated total capacity. Keeping around 20% spare is a good-practice recommendation, not a requirement. Respect the 3A/72W limit per 24V light output as well as the driver total.

Join surface-profile sections

For a straight end-to-end join, use the matching in-line connector. Where the sections need to bridge a gap or turn a corner, choose the joining cable instead. Check the accessory fit and the combined lighting load before connecting the run.

Add control to suit the space

An optional Lighteez sensor or PWM touch dimmer controls the lights connected to the same driver. Use door control for a cupboard, touch control for adjustable furniture lighting or separate driver groups where areas need independent control.

For furniture makers and DIY fit-outs

The prepared fitting gives joiners and cabinet makers a repeatable way to add lighting to bespoke work. DIY customers can use the same connections for a shelf or cupboard project. Exhibition builders can incorporate it into display furniture, with the stand supply and cable routes planned separately.

Different lights. One simple connection.

1. Choose your lights

Mix cabinet lights, LED strips and illuminated profiles. Connect each separately powered light or length to a light output.

2. Plug into your driver

Match the total wattage and number of outputs. Each light output supports up to 3A (72W at 24V).

3. Add optional control

Plug a sensor into the separate sensor port to control the group. The touch dimmer uses PWM on the 24V side.

Strips include a fitted 2m Dupont lead. Every illuminated profile includes brackets and one 2m cable. Drivers and optional sensors are sold separately. Around 80% driver loading is a recommendation; up to the rated total capacity is permitted within connection limits.
