Twin Lens LED Module - Built for Medium Light Boxes and Channel Letters 

This module is designed for medium-light boxes and channel letters that need bright, even illumination across larger sign areas. With two LEDs inside every module, you get stronger coverage while keeping installations neat and manageable.

Each module delivers 110 lumens of cool white light while using just 1W of power. The twin-lens layout helps evenly distribute illumination across sign faces, making graphics and lettering appear cleaner, brighter, and easier to read.

The higher light output per module suits deeper-illuminated signs and larger display areas that require dependable visibility. It works especially well in shopfront fascia, channel letters, and LED signages viewed throughout the day and evening.

Its compact shape also fits neatly inside fabricated letters and tighter sign cavities without creating overcrowded layouts. This gives you more flexibility when working across detailed lettering, curved shapes, and medium-depth illuminated displays.

Supplied as a Chain of 20 Modules 

This product arrives as 20 twin LED modules already connected into a single 3.8m chain, helping you start installations quicker. The pre-wired setup keeps your lighting organised and reduces extra connection work across larger projects.

Each module is spaced at 200mm along the chain, creating smoother light distribution across sign faces and channel letters. This also gives you more flexibility when positioning modules inside fabricated signs and medium-sized light boxes.

The chain is fitted with an AWG 22 cable, complete with bare tinned wire ends for simple DC wiring connections. Red identifies the positive wire, while white identifies the negative, making installation easier when managing multiple modules and drivers.

A 200mm lead wire is also included at the beginning of the chain for more convenient driver placement. If needed, you can extend the lead further using a standard 2-core cable to position the driver away from the installation area.

24V DC Operation with Compatible Driver Options 

Built for 24V DC installations, these LED module chains deliver dependable power for commercial signage and illuminated lettering projects. You can run up to 40 modules (or two full chains) in series before switching to parallel wiring arrangements.

A simple driver sizing rule helps keep installations running safely and efficiently. Add the total chain wattage, then multiply it by 1.2 to ensure proper safety headroom and support steadier, long-term performance across your lighting setup.

The 20-module chain consumes 20W, making a 30W 24V driver a suitable match for the entire unit. Larger installations using four chains in parallel should use at least a 120W driver to manage the increased power demand correctly.

You can choose from non-dimmable, TRIAC dimmable, or DALI driver options depending on the project requirements. This gives you more flexibility when matching signage installations with different lighting controls and commercial environments.

IP65 Rated for Indoor and Outdoor Signage 

These LED modules are built for signage exposed to demanding indoor and outdoor environments. The IP65 rating helps protect the modules against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets coming from any direction during everyday operation.

You can confidently install them in shopfront signage, fascia signs, monument signs, and projecting signs that require dependable outdoor illumination. They also work brilliantly inside indoor light boxes and illuminated displays where reliable long-term performance matters.

The sealed construction helps the modules cope with changing weather conditions, airborne dust, and moisture around busy commercial premises. This makes them a practical choice for signage installations that need dependable visibility come what may.

That said, you should use IP-rated drivers and junction boxes appropriate for outdoor installations. Properly matching waterproof components helps maintain safe operation and protects the overall setup from unnecessary moisture-related issues.

Cuttable and Rewireable for Flexible Installation 

These LED module chains are designed for signmakers working with awkward layouts, curved lettering, and irregular sign shapes. You can cut the chain between any two modules, giving you far more flexibility when fitting channel letters and custom illuminated signage.

Once cut, the exposed wires can be stripped back and either terminated or connected to an extension cable. This makes it easier to route modules neatly through tighter spaces, deeper sign sections, and more detailed fabricated lettering layouts.

You can also reuse the cut module at the start or end of an adjacent run instead of wasting leftover sections. That added flexibility helps reduce material waste while making installations feel cleaner, more efficient, and easier to customise on-site.

For fixing, each module includes 3M adhesive backing alongside a screw mount hole for permanent outdoor installations. Before applying the adhesive, clean the surface properly using isopropyl alcohol to improve long-term bonding strength.
