Each module contains three LEDs producing 165 lumens of cool white illumination, all while consuming just 1.5W. This helps you achieve a cleaner result with fewer visible lighting inconsistencies across larger signage.

Its wide 170° beam angle helps light travel farther across the sign face, resulting in a smoother overall appearance. You'll get better coverage inside deeper fabricated signs, where balanced illumination is essential for a professional finish.

Perfect for large fascias, deep light boxes, and oversized illuminated branding, these modules are built to handle demanding commercial signage projects. The higher-output design gives you more freedom when working with larger internal sign spaces.

Supplied as a Chain of 20 Modules

This product arrives as a single complete chain containing 20 pre-wired triple-lens LED modules, making larger sign installations far easier to organise. The full chain length is 5.7 metres, providing ample coverage for spacious illuminated displays.

Modules are spaced at 300mm intervals to help spread light smoothly across deeper light boxes and wide sign cabinets. The layout keeps installation neat while supporting more balanced illumination throughout larger LED signage projects.

Simply connect the chain using 24V DC bare tinned wire ends, with red marked as positive and white as negative. The AWG 22 cable offers a tidy, flexible setup that works well inside fabricated signage and channel letter installations.

At the beginning of the chain, you'll get a 300mm lead wire for easier driver placement during fitting. If needed, the lead can be extended using standard 2-core cable for more flexible driver positioning.

24V DC Operation with Compatible Driver Options

Designed for 24V DC systems, these LED modules deliver reliable power for commercial signage and illuminated display projects. With the correct driver, you'll maintain steady brightness while supporting cleaner, safer installations across larger sign layouts.

You can run up to 40 modules (or two full chains) in series before parallel wiring becomes necessary. Following this recommendation helps maintain consistent performance across longer runs without overloading the circuit or affecting light quality.

Choosing the right driver is straightforward. Simply multiply the total chain wattage by 1.2 to allow proper safety headroom during operation. If one chain consumes 30W, a 40W 24V driver comfortably supports a single-chain installation.

Larger signage layouts need more capacity. Four chains wired in parallel require at least a 160W driver for reliable operation. Depending on your project, you can select non-dimmable, TRIAC dimmable, or DALI-compatible driver options.

IP65 Rated for Indoor and Outdoor Signage

Built to handle challenging environments, these LED modules are suitable for both indoor displays and externally mounted signage. Their IP65 rating protects against dust entering the housing and resists low-pressure water jets from all directions.

That level of protection makes them a reliable choice for shopfront fascias, monument signs, projecting signs, and illuminated outdoor branding. They're equally effective inside indoor light boxes where long-lasting, dependable illumination is essential.

The sealed silicone lens and durable injection-moulded housing help keep moisture and debris away from the internal components. This helps maintain consistent performance in commercial settings exposed to changing weather, roadside dirt, and everyday environmental wear.

When installing outdoors, your driver and any junction boxes should also carry the correct IP rating. Using properly protected supporting components helps ensure the entire signage system remains safe and weather-ready.

Cuttable and Rewireable for Flexible Installation

Not every illuminated sign follows a perfect straight line, which is why these modules are designed for flexible installation work. You can cut the chain between any two modules to suit channel letters, curved signage, and awkward internal layouts.

Once cut, the exposed wires can be stripped back and either terminated or connected to an extension cable. This gives you more freedom when routing modules through irregular sign shapes or creating cleaner custom lighting arrangements.

Any removed module can also be reused at the end of a nearby run, rather than going to waste. That extra flexibility helps you make better use of materials during larger commercial signage installations with multiple illuminated sections.

For fixing, you get 3M adhesive backing for fast positioning alongside screw mount holes for permanent or outdoor installations. Before applying adhesive, clean the mounting surface with isopropyl alcohol for stronger long-term adhesion.
