Single Lens LED Module - Built for Small Signs and Shallow Light Boxes 

This LED module is designed for compact illuminated signage where space is limited and control matters. With a single lens, it can spread light evenly across shallow light boxes, slim channel letters, and smaller fascia displays.

Each module delivers 55 lumens whilst consuming just 0.5W of power, giving you efficient brightness with lower running costs. You'll also get crisp, cool white illumination to keep graphics, lettering, and branding clear throughout trading hours.

This unit also suits installations requiring lower output per module length! Its design can give you greater flexibility when working inside narrow or shallow sign structures.

Its wide 170° beam angle helps reduce spotting and uneven patches as well. You'll achieve a cleaner, more professional illuminated finish without adding unnecessary brightness or bulky module layouts.

Supplied as a Chain of 20 Modules

The package includes 20 LED modules pre-wired into a single ready-to-install chain, saving you time during sign assembly. The full chain measures 2.8 metres, making it easier to plan spacing across compact illuminated LED signage applications.

Each module is spaced at 140mm intervals to help create smooth, even light distribution throughout your sign face. This helps reduce crowded installations whilst giving you cleaner coverage across shallow light boxes and smaller channel lettering.

The chain operates on DC voltage and arrives with bare tinned wire ends for straightforward driver connection. Red marks the positive cable, white marks the negative, and the AWG 22 cable gauge supports dependable low-voltage installations.

The 140mm lead wire sits at the start of the chain for easier driver positioning during installation. You can even extend the lead using standard 2-core cable when placing drivers further from the sign itself.

24V DC Operation with Compatible Driver Options 

This LED sign module operates on a 24V DC system, making it suitable for professional low-voltage signage installations. You can connect up to 40 modules (or two complete chains) in series before switching to parallel wiring layouts.

Driver sizing stays simple when you follow the safety headroom rule (standard total wattage × 1.2). It helps maintain stable performance whilst reducing unnecessary strain on the driver during longer operating periods.

One complete chain draws 10W, so a 15W 24V LED driver provides a comfortable operating capacity. If you install four chains in parallel, you should use a minimum 60W driver to safely support the increased combined load.

You can further pair these modules with non-dimmable, TRIAC-dimmable, or DALI LED drivers, depending on your project requirements. This gives you greater flexibility if you want adjustable brightness control for illuminated shopfronts, light boxes, or signage systems.

IP65 Rated for Indoor and Outdoor Signage 

With its IP65 rating, this module offers reliable protection against dust, debris, and low-pressure water jets from any direction. They're built to withstand demanding environments where exposed signage faces daily changing weather conditions.

That means you can confidently use them for illuminated shopfront signage, fascia signs, monument signs, and projecting signs exposed to outdoor conditions. They also work brilliantly inside indoor light boxes, where dependable performance and long-term durability still matter.

The sealed PVC housing and silicone lens help protect internal components from moisture, airborne debris, and general outdoor wear and tear.

For outdoor installations, your LED driver and any junction boxes must also carry suitable IP ratings. Properly matching the full system protection helps maintain safer installations whilst preventing water-related issues further down the line.

Cuttable and Rewireable for Flexible Installation 

The chain can be cut between any two modules to suit awkward layouts, irregular sign shapes, and custom channel lettering. This gives you greater freedom when spacing modules within tighter-fabricated signs or unusually shaped installations.

After cutting, strip back the exposed wires and terminate them (or connect an extension cable where needed). The removed module can also be reused at the end of another run, helping reduce waste during complex signage builds.

The product includes a strong 3M adhesive backing for quick positioning during installation and layout planning. The module also has a screw mount hole for a more secure, permanent fixing. It's especially useful for outdoor signage exposed to movement, moisture, or changing temperatures.

For the strongest adhesive bond, you should clean the mounting surface with isopropyl alcohol before installation. A properly prepared surface helps improve long-term adhesion and reduces lifting over time.
