IP65 Rated - Suitable to Use All Around the Home
You can use this LED downlight throughout your home because it's not just IP20-rated but IP65-rated! Aside from the bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, hallway, storage room, and home office, you can add this fixture to the bathroom and the garage as well!
While this LED downlight has a considerably higher IP rating than others, you still cannot use it for underwater applications. Its protection is not enough to keep it safe in that environment. You'll need an even higher IP rating if that's what you're after.

This LED downlight has a GU10 lamp holder; therefore, you can use it with any GU10 bulb. However, it’s a dimmable fixture, so if you want to access its dimming function, you’ll need to pair this downlight with a dimmable GU10 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch!
As for the GU10 bulb, it’s available in cool white, natural white and warm white light! Cool and natural white light are both suitable for task lighting. The only difference between the two is that cool white has a crisp bluish tone, whereas natural white has no hints of blue or yellow. On the flip side, warm white light is perfect for ambient lighting because its yellowish shade can create a relaxing atmosphere!
The Dimensions

So, remember, this LED downlight has an 85mm diameter and a 58mm cut-out hole. Follow this precisely, and you’ll have nothing to worry about. However, if you don’t, there’s a chance that your cut-out hole may be too small for the fixture to fit or too big that it’ll fall off! Also, if you don’t consider the height of the downlight and your available ceiling void, it may protrude instead of the fixture sitting flush!
