The COB LED strip light in this kit comes in three colour temperatures: cool white, natural white and warm white light. Which LED colour should you pick?
Cool white and natural white are both perfect for task lighting. The only distinction between these LED colours is that cool white light has a bluish tint, while natural white has no traces of yellow or blue. If you like the crisp, bluish-white light, opt for cool white, but if you find it too clinical, natural white delivers a more neutral brilliance! On the flip side, warm white light is appropriate for ambient lighting. It has a yellowish hue that can create a soothing and comfortable environment!
Exceptionally Brilliant! 480 LEDs per Metre
The COB LED tape included in this kit contains 480 LED chips per metre! Why is this promising? With more LED chips, there will be fewer intervals. Because of this, you will get a more steady and uniform glow! It won’t create a “dotted” effect, unlike other strip lights with fewer LED chips per metre. It will also give you a better outcome when you use it for DIYs or incorporate it with different design elements!
What applications can you do with this LED strip light kit? With a cool white or natural white option, you can use it under your upper kitchen cabinets as task lighting for the counters. For a warm white variant, you can stick it in display cabinets to accentuate the collection inside!

This LED strip light kit is quick and trouble-free to mount! It includes a 5-metre LED strip light and a plug-in power supply. The LED strip also has a 3M self-adhesive backing, which you only need to peel and stick!
Before initiating installation, remember to clean the surface where you'll attach the strip light. Also, don't forget to review the mounting guidelines. Since the LED driver is already included, you don't have to purchase them separately! Also, keep in mind that the COB strip is 8mm thick, so if you decide to enclose it in an LED profile, the internal width of the profile should be sufficient to house the dimension of the LED strip.

The LED strip in this kit only requires 36w of power per 5 metres to produce a maximum brightness of 3600 lumens with a broad 180-degree beam angle! Finding a conventional fixture that can produce 3600 lumens while consuming only 36w will be challenging. An incandescent or fluorescent light bulb cannot replicate the outstanding conversion rate of an LED. IP20 Rated - Indoor Use Only
Since this LED strip light has an IP20 rating, it’s only suitable for indoor use. It cannot be mounted in water zones where jets and splashes of water can easily reach it. The strip light does not have enough protection, so if it comes into contact with liquids, it may short-circuit or malfunction. Still, there are many areas in which you can use this lighting solution!
You can mount this strip light kit in your living room, bedroom, dining room, hallways, storage rooms, pantries, and wardrobes. As long as you don’t expose it to liquids, you can use this kit basically anywhere!
