Furthermore, it's insulation coverable (it's safe to put insulation over the fixture), is 50mm tall, 86mm in diameter, and requires a 55mm to 70mm cut-out hole.

Just keep in mind that while you can install this LED downlight almost anywhere, you cannot use it for underwater applications. Even if it’s IP65 rated, that not adequate enough to survive complete water submersion. You’ll have to look for a lighting fixture with an even higher IP rating.
Fire Rated to 30, 60 and 90 Minutes; Ideal for Solid Joist and I-Joist
This LED downlight is fire-rated to 30, 60, and 90 minutes of protection. It means the hole you trim to mount your fixture is released, and your ceiling is reinforced to extend the time when the fire will spread. A fire-rated downlight is able to do this because it has a built-in intumescent pad that activates when exposed to a particular temperature. This pad then blocks even the smallest gaps around the fixture where the fire might slip through.
