To know the appropriate LED driver for your strip lights, multiply the total number of strips you’ll use by their wattage per metre. So, if you plan to utilise ten metres and this strip light runs at 15w per metre, multiply the two. Once you get the answer, look for an LED driver that corresponds to or more than what you got. Never pair your strip lights with an LED driver with a lower load than the strips require. 

We offer a free bespoke cutting service with this LED strip light, so you do not have to purchase more than what you need. Just keep in mind that this strip light is cuttable every 50mm increments; therefore, you must round off your requested lengths to the nearest 50mm.

This LED strip light can be managed using various methods, allowing you to customise controls based on your preference. You can pair it with a traditional wall dimmer, remote control or smart speakers like Alexa or Google Home. You just have to use the correct LED driver with your preferred control option.

If you don’t want to dim your strip lights or you plan to use a remote control, use a standard LED driver. Alternatively, if you prefer to use a traditional wall dimmer, use a dimmable LED driver. Just make sure that the wall dimmer is LED-compatible because it will not dim properly or flicker if it is not.

You need to install it away from areas where water frequently visits because it does not have adequate protection against it. As long as you have the suitable LED driver and the control you prefer, installation is quick and easy with this LED strip light. It is designed with a 3M adhesive backing which adheres to almost any surface. All you need to do is clean the area where you want your strips to be, remove the cover of the adhesive and stick! As for the wiring and other connections, go through the installation instructions so you’ll be guided properly.
