It is IP65 rated, so you can install it in your living room, garage, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, home office, storage room, and bathroom (including zone 1). Even if jets and splashes of water come into contact with these strip lights, they will not short-circuit or malfunction.

While this neon flex strip light is water-resistant, it is not ideal for underwater applications because it’s not 100% waterproof. So, if you are planning to submerge your lights, you will have to find one with an even higher IP rating.
