How Will My Simple Lighting Order Be Affected By The Cornavirus Pandemic

Like any business, we are carefully monitoring the current Coronavirus Pandemic and the health of our staff, customers and community is our top priority.

Currently, almost all online orders are still being processed and shipped on time. The only items not currently being shipped is our range of LED Tape including the small range of accessories which are related to this range of products. This is because we didn't deem it safe for staff for manufacturing staff to continue working our LED Tape.

Further to this, we have put the following safeguarding measures in place.

  • Where possible, staff are working from home.
  • Our sales office & manufacturing areas are fully closed to everyone including staff.
  • Deliveries/Pick Ups are contactless. Couriers are instructed to place your delivery on your doorstep/property, knock on the door and keep a distance of at least 2m away from you. Please keep your distance from them also, and respect there space!

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I Still Order Online?

Yes, absolutely! We are processing over 95% of orders on time, the only exception being LED tape, as mentioned above. If you have ordered LED Tape or any of the small range of accessories associated to it, our customer service team will either call you or email you to ask if you would like to wait until we reopen this section of the business or require a full refund.

What if my order is out of stock?

We are currently well prepared and holding excellent stock levels of key items. Therefore, it is very unlikely that your item will be out of stock. If it is out of stock, we will email or call you advising you of the expected delivery date. You will then have a choice to either leave the order on backorder or receive a full refund.

Can Covid-19 be spread through the delivery of packages?

No - Public health England has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the virus. Royal Mail has advised that these types of viruses don't survive on objects such as letters and parcels
